TERMS OF SERVICE J5 Pro Gear

1.  Introduction Welcome to the J5 Pro Gear website (the “Site”). These
    Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this Site. By
    accessing or using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these
    Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site. J5 Brands

2.  Description of Services J5 Pro Gear provides custom apparel design,
    ordering, and fulfillment services (“Services”).

3.  Conditions of Use You agree not to:

-   Upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, obscene, or misleading
    content.
-   Violate any intellectual property laws.
-   Harass, threaten, impersonate, or spam other users.
-   Transmit harmful code or viruses.
-   Reverse engineer or exploit the Site.
-   Use the Site for illegal purposes.

4.  Registration You may be required to create an account to access
    certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the
    confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under
    your account.

5.  Payment and Remittance You must be at least 18 years old to
    purchase. You are responsible for all charges, including taxes.
    Payments are securely processed via credit or debit card.

6.  Approval, Modification, and Cancellation Orders cannot be modified
    or cancelled once approved and in production. Changes prior to
    approval may incur additional charges.

7.  Refusal of Service J5 Pro Gear reserves the right to refuse service,
    cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its discretion for abusive
    behavior or violations of these Terms.

8.  Shipment and Delivery Delivery timelines follow current production
    turnaround policies and may vary.

9.  Refund Policy All sales are final. If there is an issue with your
    order, contact us within 14 business days. Returns must be unused
    and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

10. Intellectual Property All site content is owned by J5 Brands or its
    licensors. You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant
    J5 Brands a license to use it to fulfill your order.

11. Review Content User-submitted reviews must be lawful and respectful.
    By submitting reviews, you grant J5 Pro Gear full rights to use them
    for marketing and promotional purposes.

12. Unauthorized Activities Unauthorized use of content, hacking
    attempts, or misuse of services is strictly prohibited.

13. Third-Party Links J5 Pro Gear is not responsible for third-party
    websites linked through the Site.

14. Privacy Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimer All services and materials are provided “as is” without
    warranties of any kind.

16. Limitation of Liability J5 Pro Gear is not liable for incidental,
    indirect, or consequential damages.

17. Indemnification You agree to indemnify J5 Pro Gear against all claims
    arising from your misuse of the Site.

18. Internet Security Data transmission over the internet is not
    guaranteed secure.

19. Complaint Procedures Submit complaints regarding IP or content

    and terminate accounts for violations.

21. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of
    California.

22. Miscellaneous If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining
    provisions remain in effect.
